Dr. Nicole Ishak is truly amazing! She’s one of the friendliest, warmest people you’ll ever meet, and it’s impossible not to feel comfortable in her care. Sometimes I feel like we could talk for hours—she tells such great stories that I completely forget I’m even having a dental procedure done. That kind of genuine connection is rare, and it makes every visit something I actually look forward to. I’ll be honest—between all my visits, I do end up paying a large amount in co-pays every year. But the price is absolutely worth it to have a provider I can truly trust after being mistreated by the healthcare system for so many years. That trust, compassion, and sense of safety are priceless. Sometimes when I see her, I feel like I could cry out of sheer relief at having a consistent, reliable provider after years of unpredictable care. It also means so much to me to have a woman in the medical field providing my care—especially one who is such a great example of professionalism, expertise, and empathy. Dr. Ishak takes the time to explain every step, listens to concerns without rushing, and turns what could be a stressful experience into something positive and even comforting. For someone who has been used, dismissed, and outright abused by people in the medical field, finding a provider like her is life-changing. It’s more than just dental care—it’s restoration of trust and humanity in medicine. She has a patient for life in me, and I would follow her to any practice she goes to.
